- We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all our deliveries. This service provides delivery within 24 hours after the parcel has been dispatched from our facility.

- Royal Mail provides tracking for all parcels. Customers can use the tracking number provided in their dispatch confirmation email to monitor their delivery status.

Dispatch and Delivery Responsibility
- Once your order has been dispatched to Royal Mail, we no longer have direct control over your parcel. Any delays or issues arising after dispatch will be handled by Royal Mail according to their policies.

Delivery Address
- We will ship your order to the delivery address provided during the checkout process.
- If there is an issue with the address provided, we will attempt to contact you for clarification prior to dispatch.

Address Errors and Refunds
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the parcel has already been dispatched, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for the order.
- In such cases, we must wait for Royal Mail to return the parcel to us. Once the parcel is returned, we can either arrange a redelivery to the corrected address or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).
