Ingredients & Allegens 

• Brookie Layers: Wheat flour (gluten), butter (milk), sugar, light brown sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips (milk, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin).

• Filling: White chocolate (milk), double cream (milk), icing sugar, crushed Oreo® biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, cocoa, palm oil, raising agents), cocoa butter.
